Should work fine - it did for me under Windows 2000. I just got a new XP machine and haven't re-installed the QuickCam yet. Make sure you download the latest drivers from the Logitech site - I had all sorts of problems under Win2K with the drivers that came on the CD-ROM. The current version is 8.2.
